Community Guidelines

We are a community of Brand Ambassadors who love the brands we represent and enjoy connecting with customers. We are all about helping each other reach our ambitions, build on our knowledge and experience, and have a great time as we do it! Our community guidelines exist to ensure this platform lets each member take from it what they need while cultivating an open, welcoming experience for all who use it. We hope the behaviours outlined below read as easily as a cereal box, it’s not too hard…but we must be clear, we expect all our members to abide by them - in public and in private.

Mutual respect
In our community we respect each other. We’re respectful to ALL members of the community, in public and in private. That doesn’t mean we all think the same we just accept that as we’re connecting people from different parts of the world there’s going to be a lot of opinions – and they’re not always going to be the same.

Our community is open to all and has no place for any haters. Discrimination, hostility or any other nasty stuff will not be tolerated under any circumstance.

Ask for help when unsure
Nobody is expected to be perfect in this community. Asking questions early avoids problems later so is encouraged at all times.

Things to do
Play Nice: Everyone has the right to be comfortable and we want all members to feel right at home. Everyone on here has different opinions and experiences – that’s what makes this such a great place to come together. All we ask is that you are polite & respectful to each other, let the good times roll!

Moderate Yourself: Anything you share from the site (and that’s the goal – share lots!) to your other social platforms should be done so in an appropriate manner. We don’t want to moderate your membership but if your judgement isn’t solid here, we will.

Step down considerately: As communities evolve, people come and go all the time. Whether you’re with us for a short or long time, if you decide to leave the community we ask that you do so in a way that minimizes disruption to the overall group. We wish you every success and hope what you have gained from your involvement with the community empowers you for your next adventure!

Things not to do
Here's the deal: We like to give second chances. However, when we discover you stepping across any of the lines below, we will take action. Which may mean blocking your account with or without warning.

Don't vent your frustrations, rant, or bore the brains out of other members: BA.Life is not the place to dump your issues after a bad day, nor is it the place to intimidate, abuse or harass others. If we receive a complaint about your conduct or representation of the community, we’ll look into it and it could result in immediate deactivation of your account. Remember, there is a difference between asking for help with challenges and moaning.

Don’t recruit existing members of the BA Community: Trying to recruit existing members of this community into your business is not cool and not welcomed. The recruitment tool on was created to help you bring new community members into your business / network. If you have other business interests online or in the real world you are absolutely still welcome; all we do ask is you don’t recruit existing BA community members.

Don’t be creepy: We all know what this means…. don’t be that person.

Now you know what we’re about, here’s one last thought…
We want everyone to have a great time and get the most from this global community of Brand Ambassadors. If our Community Guidelines feel like a foreign language to you, then maybe this is not the place for you… We do issue warnings - if you’ve made a mistake and can fix (i.e. delete) it then we can forgive - but don’t make a habit of it.
